CHFA LOS system is a real time web based system with many enhancements designed to improve communications and efficiency in processing CHFA loan applications. Participating Lenders can access this system to reserve rates; monitor pipeline activity including reservations, commitments and holds and send and receive real time communication from CHFA. The system also features an on-line DAP calculation worksheet completed at reservation to help Lenders request the most accurate DAP amount and allows CHFA to send Missing Exhibit and Commitment Letters simultaneously to Originators, Processors and Underwriters at the Lenders request. |
